The Triangle has over 5,000 registered players and it's growing. How often are players spending an entire practice shooting or stick handling? Never. Ice time is too valuable and there are too many other things to use the ice for. Edge work, passing, systems, and conditioning all consume the session. Coaches will try to incorporate the puck into the drills and maybe finish a drill with a shot but that is not enough. How does a player build individual skills? How do they become the sniper with the silky mitts? Reps, reps, reps. That’s how.
Not many have the space or equipment to do meaningful shooting or goalie training at home. For those lucky enough to shoot at home I’m sure there have been windows, doors, and walls all sacrificed for the cause. I know I broke windows and destroyed a few wooden doors when I was a kid.
One Time Hockey is the facility the players need. Six private shooting lanes themed around the Original Six NHL franchises. Walk in. Book a lane. Escape into the game.
We want to be a place where players come to get reps and make friends. The hockey community is close knit and we want to see you all at One Time Hockey.
